About the Role:

Webmark is looking for Customer Support Representatives to provide email and live chat support to our US-based clients. This role does not require prior experience, but candidates must have strong English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing speed, internet navigation, email handling, etc.).
  • Ability to work in evening & night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • No prior experience is required – training will be provided.
