Fulfillment Policy
1. Overview
At Webmark, we are committed to delivering high-quality WordPress web design, marketing services, and more with transparency and efficiency. This fulfillment policy outlines our process for service delivery, expected timelines, revisions, and dispute resolution.
2. Service Scope & Delivery
We offer the following services:
• WordPress Web Design & Development: Custom websites, theme customization, plugin integration, and performance optimization.
• Digital Marketing Services: SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Ongoing Maintenance & Support: Website updates, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Digital Strategy: Tool Selection, Affiliate Management, Email, E-commerce, and beyond.
Project Fulfillment Timeline
• Consultation & Planning: 1-2 weeks after payment.
• Design & Development: Estimated 2-6 weeks, depending on project complexity.
• Marketing Services: Ongoing services are fulfilled based on agreed timelines.
• Revisions & Finalization: Typically within 3-7 business days after client feedback.
Note: Timelines may vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment & Billing
• Full payment or a deposit (as per agreement) is required before work begins.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Monthly retainers and ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• Custom Web Design & Development: Refunds are only available before work has commenced. Once design drafts are approved, refunds are not permitted.
• Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing efforts, services already rendered are non-refundable. Cancellation requests for ongoing services must be submitted 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Subscription Services: Clients may cancel ongoing maintenance or marketing subscriptions at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
5. Revisions & Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide all necessary content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Each project includes a set number of revisions (specified in the contract). Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
• Final deliverables will be provided in an agreed-upon format (e.g., live website, marketing reports, content files).
6. Dispute Resolution
• If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue.
• Disputes regarding payments or service delivery should be reported within 14 days of project completion.
• Chargebacks filed without prior dispute resolution attempts may result in suspension of future services.
